Why I Want To Be An Entrepreneur ?

This is the one question that I am answering for myself and believe me life of an entrepreneur isn’t as glamorous as it seems to be.

I believe that if you wish to follow the entrepreneurial path find a right reason to do.

Below are my reasons for wanting to become an entrepreneur.

1. Do something different in life:

“Do you want to sell sugar water for the rest of your life, or do you want to change the world?”- Steve Jobs to Pepsi CEO.

I do not want to spend my all my life in a boring IT industry and working   on some support and maintenance job and also I hate the way employers treat employee.

2. Money:

I always know that by working as an employee I will never be able to create wealth. By working as an employee you are limited by the amount of wealth you create.
But money never should not be the only reason for becoming an entrepreneur. In a startup sometimes you don’t even earn salary for months and your salary may be very less compared with what your friend will be earning in jobs.

‘Money was never a big motivation for me, except as a way to keep score. The real excitement is playing the game.’

-Donald Trump

3. Create a difference in the universe:

Through my software products for my customers I want to help them manage their business better and make their lives better.

“If you’re going to do something, do something that matters.”-37 Signals

4. Learning:

It gives me an opportunity to learn something new every day and i enjoy working with and learning from the best people. By working on my startup I got the opportunity to work on multiple sides of business sales, marketing, finance and technology. I would never have learned so much if I had been working in some random IT company. Even from the point of view of technology and programming we are working on the emerging technologies like Rails,MongoDB,RSpec,..etc.

In a startup you choose and decide what you want to work on.

 5. Follow my dream:

As an entrepreneur I am having the freedom to follow my passion and my dream.

“If you don’t follow your dream, who will?” – Emeril Lagasse

  1. Don’t be an entrepreneur just for the heck of it. There’s no point in getting into a business that everyone else is already doing. Like the the guy who wanted to get into the soft drink business but then he invented the straw.

  2. And the story starts from here ????

Abrupt ending.. I am a bad reader, have very less patience to read & write I read fully now I want to know more, when are you writing the later thing ?
