Hi all , we are a group of three IITians who are trying to start our own venture in healthcare. To start off, we are targeting diabetes management.Both my parents are diabetic and I think our team is well suited to help patients manage diabetes through diets and discounted medicines. I was also diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 21 and now have a hb1c of 5.7. Details in the poster.
What we are looking for?
- Do you know someone who is tech savvy and diabetic?
- What do you think is better revenue model? A flat monthly fees or cut on transactions?
- Do you know of any similar business that exists.

i feel medicines is not a problem as we call the chemist below our house and he delivers .
maybe its a problem out of mumbai / not so well connected areas .
i think you should add a picture of the food basket and maybe different colors on the brochure.
