How to get genuine leads for a startup tourism company!

I recently graduated from Bangalore and working to setup my own travel and tourism firm in Bangalore called Reev Travels (site under construction).  For a service like this, the drop ratio is way too high (i.e., enquiries are more and conversion is really less) that it becomes difficult to handle operation of the company.

What I have to offer you?

I can offer better discounted fares for almost all the travel related queries what is being offered on the websites online which hardly offers:

  • 200-300 INR discount on Domestic Flight Tickets
  • 1000-2000 INR on international Flight Tickets.
  • And hardly some discount on Travel Packages.

The very small factor here is, the discount amount varies according to date of travel.

The sooner the travel date, the higher the possibility of bigger discount. At times, one may get a discount of upto Rs. 3000 or more on Domestic Flight Tickets.

For International Travel Packages, the cost per person may come down upto more than Rs. 5000-10000 which can help a person save a lot.

What I am trying is not to go against the big players online. But get good leads which can be a win-win situation for myself as well as for the client. I have been trying to promote on Facebook and other marketing tools, but as I mentioned about the drop ratio which is effecting a bit.

Can anyone please suggest how to get genuine leads? Thanks in advance.

    What service do you provide that others cant?

    Once you add ‘cost of lead generation’, all your margins will get wiped out..
