Need Advice on B2b Sales for a SAAS procurement product

Wanted to introduce Procurepack.com, we provide SAAS eprocurement solutions. Our target market is small and medium enterprise with large supplier base. 

We have few good paying customers using our on-premise, as well as SAAS solutions. We are looking to expand and need some advice from the experts in this group. Based on some market research and gut feeling, we are somehow convinced about offering a pure play cloud solution. 

  1. We need to decide on Geographies to target within India and globally.  
  2. Also, there are 3-4 different market outreach strategies which we are trying:

  • Having an overseas partner to provide on-ground support. 
  • Generating leads using digital marketing and selling online
  • Setting up our base in different geographies. 
  • Engaging consulting partners who can provide referrals or sell our product as a value added service. 

I am sure there must be a good number of expert B2B sales professionals in the group who can suggest us the way forward. 

Please help.
