PHP 5+

MySQL (or other RDBMS)
Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
Some Very Strong Pluses Would Be Ability In The Following Areas
Agile Development
Unit Testing
Peer reviews
HTML5
CSS / CSS3
AJAX
XML web service connections
SVN (or other source control product)
We Want Developers That Are Capable Of Performing The Following In The Course Of Their Work
Create efficient and maintainable code that is well documented
Follow design specifications, and in many cases help come up with the design
Be creative in the approach to complex business problems
Work well with a team of other developers on projects
Meet Product deadlines and prioritize task for the team
Be able to work with independently as well as in a distributed product development team
Ability to devise strategy to optimize a high traffic website, DB and UI
Nice to Have:
– 2 years of relevant working experience
– Computer Science / Technical degree
