1. There is no dearth of information and inputs, more so, when it comes to wellness. There are a host of sources, both online and offline. The popularity of FB and whatsapp has added to the din. And, if one is wishing to turn healthy, he/ she spends more time sifting the information on hand than really working to move forward.

2. The world’s bright minds are at work,churning out information, products, apps, gadgets, devices, etc., helping all of us turn healthy.

3. Why is it that most of us fail to achieve our wellness resolutions? A key factor is the absence of motivational support. If we have preferred group study to learn a chapter well, wouldn’t it also help when people with similar wellness interests join together in their pursuit?

4. Our FB network is different from our Linked In network, though there can be some overlaps. Similarly, isn’t there a need for a wellness network just like we have a professional network?

The way this market is currently served

There are numerous portals that create content without a way for users to benefit out of them.

There are numerous online stores that offer wellness products. A user has to search for what they want.

There are numerous groups – online and offline. A user has to go out searching for them.

There are many platforms connecting experts to users. To carve a niche, each one is domain/ specialty centric.  

Thus, there are multiple discrete solutions and worse still, not one knows what the user wants without asking the user each time he/ she visits their platform. 

What is new that we are offering?

We combine these and offer what are relevant to a user based on their wellness goals or alternatively, their profile.

We drive content, conversations, cohorts, news, latest developments, information on events, products, etc. relevant to each user.

As regards experts, we allow every expert to be associated, however, taking care that there is complete information about the professional.

In addition, a concierge guides each user to make the best use of what we offer. We know what a user wants with respect to his/ her wellness giving us an edge in serving better what they need.  

Acquiring users

While myhealthcircles.com is open for individual users, we are also offering a white labeled platform for corporations to offer it to their employees and customers. This is an avenue that is not possible by the existing platforms, as they are not exciting enough.

Our platform is a window, so to speak, to the world of wellness.

How do we earn?

While registration is free, the user pays for the products and services on a pay-to-use model. We earn out of each of the transactions.

    i’ve gone through your post and watched your video and also have briefly visited your site. some suggestions/observations:

    1) i really think your branding/marcomm team needs to work on a one-line descriptor – myhealthcirces is a platform where…..???

    2) your video gives me some idea what you do – your post doesn’t seem to convey everything lucidly.

    3) i think if your video had a voiceover it would help immensely. pls check out a very good explainer/product video here. also pls see how rudrajeet’s showcase post is clearly structured. there is no ambiguity at all.

    4) your site’s landing page also really needs to say what you are/do/offer upfront – pls don’t send people to FAQs to figure out what myhealthcircles is all about 🙂

    1. One line descriptor – Is it to generally convey what we do?

    2. Sure. I used the post to convey the Why part. I will possibly add what we do.

    3. I deliberated the voice part. If users are not using the audio, each clip’s length would seem to be pretty long. Hence, have used the text to convey. Will look at Rudrajeet’s post.

    4. Yes. Need to work on the landing page.

    5. Have not created a twitter handle, for, we need a strategy to operate twitter. We might do this at a later stage.
