    the video goes black from 3:39 for quite a while. and the audio is lower than your webinars usually are. is there any way to fix it?

  2. Hi Asha, As mentioned in the mail yesterday also, Aashish might have missed out on screen capturing, that’s it. This is done and I am afraid but there is no option to rectify it now.
