Bandra Rentals, is itself a start up company, founded 3 years ago by an American Expat. We initially started out as a residential real estate provider in Bandra then expanded to Central Mumbai and all of North Mumbai. During this expansion we added commercial property services to our repertoire and have successfully helped companies & organizations with their real estate needs ever since.
As a start-up company ourselves, we realize from personal experience that keeping costs manageable is often the biggest of challenges. And it certainly doesn’t help that Mumbai rents are typically the largest of all these costs!
At Bandra Rentals, we can’t lower Mumbai real estate market prices (as much as we would love to have that magical power for you!), but what we can do is meet with your team and strategize on cost effective yet value added options for your company’s retail or office space needs.
