- Experience: Your expertise and passion matter more than number of years of experience. The ideal candidate should have exposure to following areas:
- Must have worked on a technology product and have gone through whole lifecycle of the product
- Good programming skills in Ruby, RoR,JavaScript/Ajax/JQuery
- Test driven development
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache) and familiarity with Unix/Linux
- Strong with web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility
